About Ariston Combi Boiler

A combi boiler is designed to supply hot water for domestic use, for example doing laundry or bathing, and also to form the heart of a domestic central heating system. An extremely popular choice for domestic water heating, a combi is a type of condensing boiler, and these also offer the significant advantage of connecting directly to the external water supply, generating instantaneous hot water which does not need to be stored in a tank. This makes a combi boiler a both economical and convenient choice. Founded in Italy in 1930 by Aristide Merloni, the company which would later become the Ariston Thermo Group, started out making weighing machines. It began to make water heaters in the 1960s and launched the Ariston Brand. In subsequent decades it would expand into the home heating business, changing its name to Ariston Thermo in 2009. It's now one of the world leaders in the water heating field. The Ariston brand is well-established and respected in the UK market as a quality producer of all types of domestic water heaters and boilers, and is trusted by central heating professionals and homeowners alike. Ariston Evo boilers, launched in 2012, are highly efficient, compact and quiet wall-hung gas combi boilers and current models can also be adapted to work with liquid petroleum gas. They have an intelligent system which can automatically manage room temperature in multiple zones. All are recommended for efficiency by the Energy Saving Trust. Any gas combi boiler will need to be professionally connected to the water and gas supply, and electrically wired, and connected to an approved flue for the expulsion of toxic fumes.
