About Call of Duty Black Ops

Call of Duty Black Ops kills it – whether you are busting new players on Christmas day or following the rollercoaster ride of the single player game, there's not much controversy attached to labelling this one of the biggest games of all time. Killing, shooting and destroying the enemy, while fighting for the good of man, is what Call of Duty Black Ops is all about. This first person shooter series, developed by Treyarch, runs off a state of the art graphics engine and slick code. It pretty much kicks the ass of every other game on the market when it comes to sales too. The games follow a US soldier called Alex Mason, who is in search of vital pieces of lost information. The detailed plots turn the single player game into an almost film like experience. All the characters develop as the story unfolds, giving the fans more for their money, and pushing the boundaries of console gaming. But it's the multi-player that gets fans queuing all night to be the first to own the the Call of Duty Black Ops games. The killer feature of COD, is the points, which you can earn with experience and success, let you add new skills to your chosen character. This is where COD addiction kicks in. Just one more visit to the lobby to connect to a map and get in a few more kill streaks. Oh, and that's without even mentioning the time travelling and the Zombies. You've read enough – go play it.
