About Fallout New Vegas

Elvis Presley famously sang the lyric, "Viva Las Vegas!", and viva it does in the post-apocalyptic world of "Fallout: New Vegas". This action role-playing game is part of the "Fallout" franchise, but it's a significant departure from the storylines of "Fallout 1", "Fallout 2" and "Fallout 3". Although a nuclear attack takes it toll on Sin City, many of the bright lights keep shining, and citizens survive thanks to the plentiful water supply from the nearby Hoover Dam. With water becoming an even more precious resource, legions of armed men descend on Las Vegas in hopes of seizing control of its water supply. The New California Republic controls the city, but Caesar's Legion and Mr. House are making their own power plays and have brought plenty of foot soldiers and weapons to the fight. You're just a courier trying to deliver a package containing a computer chip. A casino manager shoots you in the head, steals the chip, and leaves you for dead. However, you don't die. Instead, you go on a mission to recover the chip and avenge the attack. There are a number of different ways the game can go as you progress through "Fallout: New Vegas". You can be a good guy or a bad guy, you can go on side missions, and the game can end in one of three different ways. You have a great deal of freedom as to how you navigate post-apocalyptic Vegas, and the creators of "Fallout: New Vegas" provide intricately detailed landscapes and cityscapes with a seemingly endless array of scenes. Whether playing from a first-person or third-person perspective, the action is just as fierce and the monsters just as shocking on the PC version of "Fallout: New Vegas" as on the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 version
