About Office Shoes

Office is a British footwear brand that manufactures products for men, women and children. When the brand was originally founded in 1981, it was named 'Office London' however this was soon shortened to 'Office' in 1984, which is how we still know the brand today. The inspiration behind the name came from the location of the company's first premises, which was constructed almost entirely out of old office furniture. Although Office are popular for their footwear, which remains the cornerstone of their business, the company also stocks a range of accessories from hats, scarves, gloves, bags, umbrellas and even a select range of apparel outsourced from worldwide respected brands such as Nike and Adidas. As well as manufacturing their own footwear, Office also stock some the world's most known and loved brands, including Dr. Martens, Hunter, Uggs, Vans, Converse, Adidas and Ted Baker. Office expanded in 1996, launching their 'Offspring' brand, providing sports footwear to men and women. In the year 2000, Office opened their first male upmarket boutique, Poste, before opening its female counterpart, Poste Mistress, a year later. Designer collections in Poste and Poste Mistress have included Vivienne Westwood and the stores boast a celebrity clientele list including Helena Bonham Carter and Kate Bosworth. By 2004 Office started to branch out worldwide, and today has stores all around the globe. Office truly has a shoe for everybody, whether you're looking for courts for the office, warm toasty boots, sexy sandals, chic brogues or casual ballerina pumps; they have a design for you.
