About Take Me Out

With catchy phrases such as; if he is not Mr Right, turn off your light"; or "no likey, no lighty", to name a few,Take me out is hilariously funny, provocative and interesting. If you are a sexy kitten searching for that purrfect date, put on your best coat, polish your claws and join Patrick McGuinness on the set of Take Me Out? You may find that elusive date to take you out for dinner! Fashioned from the original Australian series, Taken out; Take Me Out is not all fun, as some of the gentlemen must surely resent being taken out - of the show that is! Of 30 single women, at least 29 should find them attractive, otherwise they wouldn't have gone on the show! Male ego will not allow you to think that you are anything but God's gift to women. The main focus of the show is for one of four bachelors to make a positive impression on one or all of 30 single females. Using the process of elimination, the last man left standing gets to take her out and and the other three get taken out of the show. Each man gets the opportunity to make a first impression, with a pre-recorded video of him introducing himself or of his friends and family discussing his attributes. This is where first impressions do count as the women, standing on stage under bright white lights, can put their hopes of staying in the competition out, by literally putting their lights out! With buttons that control the lights, the ladies can darken the hopes of the men by turning off their lights which signifies their lack of interest in that individual. If all the lights go out, this is called a "blackout" and that male is automatically taken out!
