will.i.am is one of the founders of the popular American pop and hip hop group The Black Eyed Peas that has been widely popular all over the world. Featuring songs with the touch of R&B and dance genre, it is no wonder that The Black Eyed Peas enjoyed fame for many years. With the group, will.i.am performed as a rapper and he released numerous albums, such as 'Behind the Front', 'Bridging the Gap', 'Elephunk', 'Monkey Business', 'The E.N.D.', and 'The Beginning'. Besides his work in the group, will.i.am also managed to come out with four studio albums of his own. He started already in 2001 with 'Lost Change', which was also a soundtrack for a movie with the same title. However, his second album, 'Must B 21', was more successful, especially because of the single 'Go!' that was later used both by NFL and NBA. More hits like 'Heartbreaker', 'Got It From My Mama', and 'One More Chance' were featured on his third album, 'Songs About Girls'. The year 2013 marks the release of his fourth album titled '#willpower'. During his productive period, the artist has experimented with an array of genres like dance, R&B, electro, techno, and hip house besides the hip hop genre that brought him his fame. will.i.am is not only a musician, but a producer who has given his helping hand to many renowned artists like Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Justin Bieber, Usher, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, U2, and Cheryl Cole. will.i.am's voice can also be heard in many movies where he participates as a voice actor. His filmography includes 'Rio', 'Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa', and 'Arthur and the Revenge of Maltazard'.
