In a ruthless battle to the finish line, players must assume the roles of Sonic and friends to race across courses including castle ruins, dense rainforests, and crowded cities, each one inspired by the diverse worlds of Sonic and Sega. Crowd favorites, such as Dr. Eggman, Tails and AiAi, Amigo accompany Sonic, push their personalized, designed vehicles to the hilt as they fight for position to be the leader of the group. Each character can race cars, planes, motorbikes and in particular, AiAi can race a Banana Mobile. Hidden shorter routes, deft controls, and avoidance of purposefully positioned obstacles are the path to the pedestal of the podium. It is suitable for children of 7 years and above.
