Apple iPod shuffle 4th Generation Pink (2 GB)

I have never had an ipod but thought it time to get one. This is smaller, cheaper than regular ipod, nano etc and seemed a good way to introduce myself. Was surprised by how small it is, but it looks great and colour is bright and pretty cool and there's a clip to attach it to clothes, bag, pocket etc. Simple to use, within a few minutes I was hooked. Bought it to take it on holiday soon and think it will hold just enough music for my needs. Only 2GB - I have uploaded about 220 songs so far and that is approx 1.6GB. Voiceover function is good, tells you playlist, artist, song. Only downside is that you have to flick through lots of songs to get to particular artists or favourites as no 'visual' menu...unless there is another way to do it that I haven't discovered yet!Anyway, would highly recommend as a first ipod or for someone who will delete and/or update playlists regularly rather than wanting 1000s of songs permanently on hand. I'm lovin it but already thinking that next time I will 'upgrade' to one with more GB that can do 'more stuff'.

brilliant i dont go a day wit out it, i love listen to my music on it better than opening laptop up, the only thing i dont like is the buttons are quite close together so wen you skip a song you end up pressing pause but other than that brilliant bit of kit

Smaller than anticipated but it certainly delivers the goods. Easy to set up, downloads all my music without complication and sounds good. The voiceover function is great. I just clip it on when I get into the car and all journeys are a musical experience. Nothing to dislike, in fact I am planning to get another so I can divide and extend my musical catalogue.

Its good and works well while jogging, the pictures make it look big but actually it is very small.

difficult to find songs but still trying to get to grips with it.

holds loads and sound clear as a bell. could not be more happy. I love to listen while out walking and it so lite that you don't know your carrying it.
