Packed with a 14.1-inch Acer WXGA TFT Active Matrix screen, the Acer Aspire 3680 has a brilliant display featuring 24-bit color with a max resolution of 1280 x 800. The Acer Aspire 3680 runs on Intel Celeron processors with 520 M at a speed of 1.6 GHz. Data stored in the 1 MB cache or 512 MB RAM remains accessible during use, and long-term storage is available on the 40 GB hard drive, so users can store various power-hungry files in the device. Wireless connection is maintained through the LAN connection of the Acer laptop. It is also a Wi-Fi-enabled device, so users can do their work or surf the Internet anywhere that has a Wi-Fi signal. This Acer Aspire 3680 is compact with dimensions of 13.4 inches (34 cm) by 9.9 inches (25.2 cm). The total width of a closed Acer Aspire is 1.4 inches (3.6 cm). This laptop is lightweight at 5.3 lbs, making portability easy. Acer Aspire users can prompt commands using the keyboard, touchpad, or scroll buttons. Good budget Laptop

) The laptop is performing very well. The start-up is very quick and also the WiFi is immediately available. The only blemish is, that not every part is compatible to Windows 7. The Touchpad is working fine, but the cursor can not be used. But the advantages over Windows Vista are so big that I can live with this. Brilliant is the rotating webcam which can be even pointed away from the monitor. All in all a very good budget laptop with everything you need.

) the touchpad is not over sensitive which suites me, it runs and loads up quickly and the bonus is the intergrated web cam.As a secondhand unit it was a snip
