Apple iPod classic 3rd Generation (20 GB)

It is just what i expected, i owned one years ago but it broke, its sat in a draw somware in my house i think requiring a new HDD, id never buy any other MP3 player than the apple ipod, any generation you get you can guarentee quality, the old one i bought could do with a new battery which i have just bought off ebay for £4 with free P&P but that is my only problem with it :D

I bought this as I already had a 2nd Gen Nano, but it was only 2 GB and I wanted more storage.
I went for an older model iPod as this one is very solid and well made, perfect for the amount of hammer it get's when I'm out and about.

Pros;
good storage size. Robust. Volume is a lot louder than later Generations.

Cons;
old style menu (but it doesn't bother me), quite chunky (but robust)

Overall;
With my good Sennheiser headphones in it gives great sound quality and works perfectly. If you're not bothered about the new style menus you could do a lot worse than get one of these.

The battery isn't great but when run directly from a power source it can be run perfectly. Apart from that it has excellent storage facilities.

Very good outlook design and audio quality.
Have been labelled as the iPod with best audio quality.

The only bad bit is the battery life only last for about 3-4 hour.
It is not expensive to change the battery though.
