Apple iPod Nano
Created: 13/09/10
I have been doing eBay for a fair bit now, but well before I was a registered user I was selling all types of Games. Making me very much one of the leading DS Games sellers on eBay today.
I have a large inventory covering from Accessories to cell phones to name but a few.
We generally offer reasonable pricing for quantity purchases, but bear in mind that your seller is not in business because he or she likes to sit at a computer all day. Most of us are in business for the same reason that we all go to work every day - to pay the bills. As a rule of thumb, most consumer electronics have small margins (usually less than 10%).
I have been requested many times by EBay to write a Review on iPod Nano, so here Goes;
If you've had the same iPod nano for the past few years, this new device will probably make you feel like you need a replacement. It's still not exactly your cheapest option if you're looking for pure MP3 playback, the nano is a pretty attractive choice. I like to see those prices drop. The new nano is a smart, fast, capable player that should please a lot of people looking for something new.
The nano is a miniature iPod. Apple has tweaked over time doing away with the click-wheel, introducing a range of multi-coloured nanos, conjuring up a stubbier, chubbier version, nano concept has remained the same; it’s like an iPod, just smaller. The new iPod nano has undergone a dramatic makeover a tap of the finger sends you whizzing through menu and the emphasis is firmly on music, than on shooting videos or watching films.
This new nano feels like an over-priced iPod shuffle with a screen, rather than a discrete product.
Consumers can choose an 8GB (£129) or 16GB (£159) model in a variety of colours. The 16GB is enough for the music and video.
It’s a poor relation to the iPod touch. But it doesn’t feel like an iPod. It lacks the charm of the shuffle, the lustre of the touch. You are paying extra money just for the privilege of tapping a touch-screen than clicking a button.
While you can not fault the new iPod nano for its ease of use, it has lost something in it,s redesign.
The new iPod nano is usable, but it’s also forgettable. It’s not hard to see why the iPod touch is now Apple’s best selling music device.
As I said earlier, for the price, you won't find another flash MP3 player that looks as good, is as easy to use, or that has anywhere close to the same capacity. As it stands, it is a nicely designed, good looking player that most people will be happy with. It is just the lack of manual equaliser and some way of charging it when you're away from your computer that stops it being an outstanding player.

Apple iPod nano 5th Generation Blue (8 GB)

Haven't really got a bad word to say about it! It's small so it will fit just about anywhere but not too small that it will get lost. I was going to get the new (6th gen) nano but it just seems too small to have a touch screen and having had a go on one, it's quite fiddly and you cannot turn it properly off so the batt will run out even if you're not using it. And on the 6th gen there is no hold button which is annoying. So far the battery has been great and the music quality is also. The finish is good quality as well so it looks as good as it is :)
Being really picky - there is a bit of play on the click wheel but it's not much. And it would be nice to be able to take pictures with the camera (you can only take videos)
So I'm really pleased with it and I'm pretty sure anyone else would not be disappointed either. If your thinking of getting the 6th gen nano, I would think again and get one of these - sometimes newer isn't better.

Great Product and Great Service

The model I bought was a reconditioned 5th Generation Nano (Blue) as a present, already having one myself. The condition was impeccable, and indistinguishable from one bought new. This is as small as I'd want to go with an MP3/MP4 player as the new Nano is a bit fiddly for me. For the range of features included, clarity of the screen and styling, I think this model is a winner.
