Apple iPod shuffle 4th Generation Orange (2 GB)

Over priced from apple but a good product and a little more reasonably priced on Ebay. I bought this iPod shuffle because I wanted an iPod that I didn't have to worry about getting broken or stolen as much as a £300 pound iPod touch.(However I like this iPod just as much). Pros:
Although its little it feels really well made,
the voice over is good and makes me laugh when a song is mispronounced (stupid computer lol),
goes quite loud,
the clip is great and wearing it looks quite fashionable, I got the gold one so it's like another piece of jewellery,
it's hard to break ?! , no vulnerable screen,
ideal for runs.

Cons:
iTunes doesn't have any options for voice-over (i.e Different voices),
2gb isn't that much,
so small I'm probs going to lose it.

It think its better than the nano or the classic, but I wouldn't say its better than the touch because there both different things,

If you want something to listen to your favourite music on the go then this is the iPod for you. However if you more of a games'n'video person go for the touch or classic.

I bought this ipod as i am often travelling with groups of people on trips and quite often not everyone agrees on the music choice. this ipod is small, very easy to use and update. the only downside is the length of the headphone cable. from my waist belt to my ear with not much to spare so if i am moving a lot then the headphones tend to keep popping out! as a previous apple/ipod virgin i find this product to be perfect for me.

If you're looking for something to listen to whilst running or going to the gym then the Ipod shuffle is perfect. Its very small, very easy to change tracks, turn the volume up e.t.c and the clip on the back of it is very sturdy.

Nice storage capacity for such a small item. Will fit about 500 songs which is more than enough for what you'll be using it for.

WELL, WHERE DOES ONE START. I AM AN OLD MUSIC FAN, BORN IN THE FIFTIES, TEENAGER IN THE SIXTIES, BROUGHT UP WITH AN OLD TRANSISTOR RADIO LISTENING TO THE PIRATE RADIO STATION CAROLINE, LUXEMBURG, ETC. I ALSO HAD AN OLD REEL TO REEL TAPE RECORDER. THEN ALONG COMES THE IPOD SHUFFLE, THE SIZE OF A POSTAGE STAMP, AND HOLDING HUNDREDS OF SONGS IN ITS MEMORY. "FANTASTIC" WHATEVER NEXT, men walking on the moon , portable phones that you can carry round with you in your pocket, electric propelled cars that dont need petrol.. the mind boggles. well done APPLE

Battery life isn't amazing (from being told "low battery" you have about 20 minutes) but for the price this is very good. Came well packaged with all the original bits so pleased with the purchase. Can't argue with £30 and free postage.
