Apple iPod touch 4th Generation White (8 GB)

This latest Ipod Touch 8 GB is fanatstic! The white finish looks very nice (better than black). I have been using this generation of Ipod Touch since it came out and it has everything you need to keep you entertained, especially on long journeys. The "Retina" screen is great and by producing ultra clear images it certainly lives up to its name. As most people know the App Store has a very wide range of apps and that alone kills off the competition in my opinion. And then there's FaceTime which is fun and great for keeping in touch with friends and family. The only (very minor) concern is that some apps may not seem as slick as they are on Iphones but that is understandable due to the difference in processor and other internal components. But for the price, deffo worth it!

Grea ipod / MP3 player. All of the apps, games, camera features make it perfect for everyone, even the kids! Only annoying this about this product, is the design. The chrome back looks fantastic when you first buy it, but that wont last for long! As the tiny surfaces scratches will build up over time and make it too ancient! So to avoid this, you need to buy a cover. Ok, so you would expect to do this to protect it, but then doesnt that defy the point of having a lovely chrome back in the first place?? Just keep it simple, keep the back flat, then we can but a simple film on it. (just like the iphone 4/4s)

Excellent piece of gadgetry, amazing graphics, sleek and stylish design with amazing crystal clear HD graphics, easy to use interface and very affordable. Apple have gone all out with this little gizmo i mean whats next for apple in my opinion i think they should have ispecs/iglasses that would be interesting but on a whole this has reached the top off its Multi-media player category.

Amazing piece of kit, this ipod does everything that an iphone does, without being a mobile phone. That said, it can be used to make calls and send emails and other messages as well as have access to all of the apps for iphones. It is an alarm clock, diary, map, camera, video camera, web browser, gamer...It really does a lot of stuff. Of course, being apple, it is really intuitive too. Battery life is good, but they need a charge every day to avoid running out of life. I bought one for my wife to use mainly as a diary, but I have bought one for 2 of my children now too. Problem is, that I can't get them off them now...

I am truly amazed by this little device.

My elder daughter has had one for a while now, but I never really took an interest in it. However, I bought this one for my younger daughter and actually took the time to have a play with it.
I have to say that the iPod Touch turned out to be so, so much more than what I expected. It takes a generational leap forward in gadgetry, browsing, and multimedia. It's just so darn intuitive.

Everything is made so simple, click on the 'Photo' widget. Take a snap, touch the option button and immediately email it. Same for videos and all can be stored in library on your computer.
Download a multitude of apps, with plenty of free ones including games etc, and all without any technical expertise. Turn your iPod Touch in to a mobile phone thanks to its built-in mic, two cameras and facetime apps.

When they say there is "an app for everything", they ain't kidding. Whether it's shooping, calorie counting, nuggets of trivia, styling your photos, or checking flight times, you can do it all.
All in all a sensational device that literally does everything.

Downsides? The only thing I'd say is that you must get a screen protector and a case; otherwise it can easily get scratched.
