It may be technology that is now getting a little bit old but if you only want to use for watching videos, films, tv programmes whilst away from home then it is ideal.

) only writing a reveiw because the picture here is not the av700 tv but the av700 which is nowhere near as good as u can only watch tv you have recorded from the tv where as the av700tv has built in digital so u can tape and watch digital on the go i have seen lots on ebay that describe the wrong machine they are both the same to look at but the av700tv is all grey and looks more expensive,, i use mine for fishing and have a few spare baterrys and can say when they come up on ebay at about 79 pounds are absouluotly awesome bits of kit hope this helps anyone..

No inbuilt camera, only works with a Archos camera wich are expensive.
Small memory, very confusing control by clicking illogical and unresponsive buttons. Battery does not last long. Nice screen and its only use is veiwing photo displays and short video clips. Very dated and newer tech is better but with smaller screens.

ARCHOS AV700 100GB BRILLIANT MACHINE!!!

This Machine is the BEST there is on the Market, Yes...there are newer and smaller machines now...but...if you want the best viewing screen, LOADS of Memort space, Reliability and ease of use then this IS the ONLY Machine you will EVER need!!!
They have thought of everything on thios, the Opperating Software is Windows based so is easy to use, its the Bee's Knee's!
