Great Game Highly Recommended.....

Bad Company 2,is right up there with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The technical achievements of the game, including its breathtaking visuals, match its high-quality content in both single player and multiplayer. The lighting and shadow effects are particularly impressive, with light peering in from gaps in foliage, accurately casting shadows onto the players. The character models are highly detailed, the fire and smoke looks great, and the backdrops to each war-torn level both set the scene and create the impression of giant environments, with smoke billowing into the sky from distant buildings. The single-player campaign follows the story of a group of elite soldiers called Bad Company. As with Modern Warfare 2, it's full of carefully scripted action sequences in many different locations that will see players traipsing through swamps and across mountains. At times, the characters and story can become bland and it was more a desire to see the next action sequence rather than the plot unravel that kept me playing. There are four classes, with equipment to unlock for each by scoring points, capturing objectives, assisting friendlies and neutralising enemies. Players can join squads, and after dying, enter the map right next to their squad mates. Less time is spent running from one end of the map to where the action is taking place. If a squad member is driving a tank, you will be immediately placed as secondary gunner. The physics engine allows the majority of objects on the battlefield to be reduced to rubble. If a bad guy is hiding near a wall, a grenade not only takes him out, but destroys the wall as well, preventing others from using it as cover. However, though the destructible terrain can sometimes require a rethink of tactics, it's more of a nice graphical effect than something that fundamentally affects how the game is played.Bad Company 2 is one of the best team-based multiplayer games around, eclipsing even Modern Warfare 2, and is undoubtedly an essential purchase if you play online games. If you don't, the single-player mode is still worth trying, although it lacks some of the magic you get from playing the game against other people.
A Definite must for Fans of C.O.D,Medal of honour or basically any type of Shootem up.Try it out and see,Thumbs Up for this game.....Can't wait for the third one to come out.....
Disregards plot. Had makers forgot they'd made a game?
Bad Company, while not wishing to ruin the story, follow a team of US soldiers as they follow a specialist private army due to orders and the solid gold bars they get paid with. The ending see's them happily on their way with enough gold to buy their own country.
So why does bad company 2 exist? They got robbed? spent up? no. Nobody knows. Suddenly they're in a sequal, still in the army as if nothing happened. No riches, no gold and no memory of it ever having happened. Clearly a big issue there that's painfully obvious throughout the entire game. With every shot fired at you, you can't help but wonder why you're not controlling this character while he gets jiggy with maids, swims in an olympic sized jacuzzi smoking tree trunk sized cigars with his own royal emblem on the side. Not as much fun but if you were him and ran off with billions worth of gold, would you really return for a sequal?
The new plot that gets followed can..be followed. Nothing great but hardly get snubbed at either. However it doesn't finish. Open ended. To be finished in Bad Company 3? I don't know but if the plot change from 1 and 2 is anything to go by, the third will be something again completely different and not related at all.
besides the plot issues, the gameplay is excellent. Impressive AI on higher difficulties that pose a challange. The same destructable scenery that other games lack. Same quirky and wit filled humour. Can't fault that at all.
Overall, a game worth buying and playing but if you played Bad Company 1 and pay interest it plotlines you must be ready for some confusion.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2
Makes a good difference from Call of Duty games, as there's a very different gaming style, including the button set-up and the game-play of the solo campaign and online multi player. This game has very good graphics and one of the best features is the destructible scenery which isn't present in Call of Duty, this makes a good variation from playing Call of Duty and Halo, just keeps things interesting, brilliant game overall!
Battlefiled Bad company 2
WOW what an effort. Single player campaign good, Ok storyline. The online multiplayer is where it is at. Beats Call of Duty and Medal of honour hands down. Not just mindless running around on small maps, fastest to the trigger rubbish. Some huge maps, and lots off new ones recently came availble. Base spawning a bit off a pain, especially those in the helicopers who really dont play the game but just want more points. Drive tanks, Hummers, Helos, repair and heal you allies. Loads of weapons. Also get a VIP code an try the new VIETNAM battlefield expansion....I think loads off people went back to BATTLEFIELD after COD BLACK OPS came out, which although an good game is predictable. Battlefield multi player will keep you engrossed for months, and for the price you can get it right now more than worth the money.
I hope Battlefield 3 when it comes out in late 2011 live up to this effort and gives us something more.
