Belkin F5D7230-4 54 Mbps 4-Port 10/100 Wireless G Router

Well, before anything else, this router does not support 300Mbs wireless protocol, neither Gigabit Ethernet connection over LAN.
The menu is easy and the configuration of the unit also(mainly compared to some no-name units). But it does its job, it is reliable, secure(supports the most supported encryption methods for wireless communication) and it was cheap. The bad news are, only 802.11g wireless protocol supported(what is not really a down if you use the router to connect devices to the internet) and no detachable antenna. But for the purposes it was purchased will fit perfectly.

This product is simple and easy to install. After pluging in to modem then pc your wired and wireless networks are up and running. There is no difficulty in password protecting your wireless network. this router is excellent value for money which is why i bought it as i had already used a belkin g wireless router at my mother's.

What a great little router.
Seriously if you need a "G" type Router, you cannot go wrong with this little baby. The wireless range is also way better than the Router that was supplied with my ADSL line.

I needed a stronger signal for my office. I have multiple pc's and laptops on my network. All the machines are xp professional. All I did was plug in the router cable, turned on the laptops and they tuned into the network very quickly. This is an astonishingly good buy and easy to set up. I never used the setup disk or IE7 network address

...does what it says on the tin! Nice router from one of the premier manufacturers...looks brand new...niely packaged.
