The setup of this wireless router is hassle free with Belkin’s Easy Installation Wizard. The working range of the Belkin wireless G router varies from 30 to 60 metres and the device has a firewall for enhanced security. The Belkin F5D9630-4 has several filters that can restrict access to internet or to specific pages. I am reviewing the ver 1.000 of the product from my findings there were atleast 3 more revisions to the same products afterwards.
The Wifi strength is above average, with reasonable connections through obstacles. Does get slow sometimes, but nothing severe. There is nothing to complain about the built in router for (4 LANs). Has set of good features and includes 802.1X Wifi security (If you plan to use).
Configuration wise you will have to make sure that the default MTU value (1432) in ADSL connection settings is increased or else you will have problems loggin into few sites (ebay, yahoo to name a few). Make sure it is set to max value 1492. (this is one of teh reasons this has undergone several product versions and countless sales returns)
If you turn WIFI off from the web interface you will have to reset the router to get it back on.

The DHCP server did not work. I could not connect to the router via its HTTP server for ADSL or LAN configuration and non of the networked computers could get a valid IP address.

) the router is good and does the job, I bought it for my computer to connect to my hub and i had to go throgh some procedures in installing it but eventually i got there and it is good to have as an extra hub or if you ust want to connect a computer wirelessly

Reliability, simplicity and affordable price - that is, what can we say about the device. Overall - pleased. As required will be buying more.
