) Has a good, clear screen but no camera flash. The phone feels a little cheap and plastic, the keypad moves around within it's placement and it creaks badly at the slightest touch but it looks more expensive than it feels and has all the great features of a Blackberry. Mine came with OS5 but i strongly recommend updating to OS6. The loudspeaker is really loud and the multimedia player is great. Overall, this is an entry level Blackberry, it's as functional as the more expensive models, just not as robust.
