Blaupunkt Lausanne CD31 CD Player In Dash Receiver

I was looking for a quality budget audio unit to fill a dashboard hole in my micro-car. I have always liked the Blaupunkt systems but generally have had the top-line navigation units.

When purchasing this unit I was amazed by the audio clarity and power of the unit, it surpassed the navigation units and provided exactly what I was looking for in a CD tuner. The dispay is bright and designed so to tone in with any dashboard illumination (theres nothing worse than a harsh blue screen with an orange dash layout).

The face off cover is easy to use and just whats needed in any car parked in public, but yet the subtle conservative styling and use of almost manufacturer finish plastics means the unit looks almost the same as a stock radio. Hence if you forgot the faceplate its not going to look to desirable to a car thief.

I give it 10 out of 10 buy one off EBay and forget that trip to the highstreet.

I bought this unit on EBay for £25 to go into my Land rover. It was easy to fit and proved to be very reliable. The sound quality was excellent. The radio was easy to tune in and stayed tuned into the selected station with no problem. The CD player coped with all types of CD and never let me down = even when off road!
An excellent purchase - would buy again.

good looking unit, not to fancy or overly complicated fantastic sound and very easy to operate.
Plays all of my CDs inc my own rw's with no probs and it never skips (and I drive an MR2 turbo with stiffened suspension).

Would reccomend without hesitation
