Breville JE3 850 Watts Juicer

This is a wonderful juicer and is really powerful too I can't see anything on the market which has such a good motor that is this powerful reasonably priced. I actually bought one a year ago for my mum who has not stopped using it and it's fantastic. We make such lovely fresh juices and because of the big chute you can put your fruit and veg in whole so really good for those lazy ones amongst us (me included) who want fresh juice with little effort. This is the best one I know if one the market and I would be lost without my juicer!

This is an excellent piece of equipment - and I can understand why it is so expensive when bought new from a shop! It is easy to use, to assemle and dis-assemble and just needs rinsing under the tap to be cleaned. It juiced whole apples as though they were pieces of butter and the apple juice was gorgeous! The only problem I now have is that the kids only want fruit juice from the juicer, so I think I'll be spending alot of time in the fruit section of Tesco!!

It makes lite work of all veg and fruit tried so far like, carrots cucumber pear, apple peach(without stone)pineapple(skin off).
Very easy to assemble.
The worst thing is cleaning afterwords ;I clean straight away under hot water.
The mesh filter gets clogged up with pulp, and it takes quite a lot of effort to clean, if you're not careful you could cut yourself on the small but very sharp blades.The amount of effort required to scrub filter gives you the impression that it may break, but so far no problems.

This juicer is very substantial. It is quite large so you need room on your work surface to store it properly.

It deals well with whole fruit and veg such as apples, pears, carrots etc

The pulp doesn't always end up in the pulp container and I find I have to scrape pulp out of the plastic cover. I put a plastic bag into the pulp container to collect the pulp which makes things less messy.

It all comes apart and I have put all the washable parts into the dishwasher succesfully.

It's so powerful and - as it claims - you really can just chuck in whole apples. Pulp comes out dry except for bit inside lid. I read a lot of reviews before choosing this juicer (including one by a guy who said he'd also done lots of research before buying this model and also agreed it was a great juicer) and am happy with how it's paid off. Juicer is easy to clean - it barely needs more than a 'rinse off' if you do it straight away. Would definitely, definitely recommend this to others.
