The light comes on the unit, but when I try to open the file on my laptop, it says insert disk. I took the unit to my local computer shop they said the disc inside is not even spinning...
The phase 'buy cheap buy twice', comes to mind.
I'm gonna try to get my money back but I'm not holding my breath.

Good solid product at a decent price.

I did a bit of research before buying this product and the consensus seemed like all Buffalo drives were solid performers at a solid price. After buying and using this drive I'm not disappointed! The drive is small in size, great looking, built from solid materials but most of all transfers files about as quick as you'd want. Recommend to all.

) Its been so easy to use with my lap top and I've been using it to watch and play music and films on our TV. It was packed really well so there was never an issue with its condition on arrival which really helps.
Brilliant Hard drive, definitely good value for money.

I was very pleased with this hard drive and happy I bought this one as my other one snapped over Christmas. It has enough space for me to keep important files on and is very small so is easy to fit in amongst my work files. It is much better than the hard drive I had previously and is much more efficient too.
