CDA CST6 Stainless Steel Kitchen Hood

I emailed the seller with a question about this unit and reply was positive.
I fitted the unit where there was a kitchen hood before and this time thought it better to use a flexie hose and vent it outside. The hole was drilled in the wall and had it all connected it seemed to be working a treat but thought I would get the ladders out and see the power of the unit blowing from the outside, it about blew me of the ladder. great bit of kit and will use this seller again.

I bought this hood as a replacement for an old one that had stopped working. I had no problems with it as it was pretty much the same dimensions as the old Hygena one. I did have to modify the vent outlet as it was a different diameter to the old one. That is no fault with the product. It looks and performs perfectly well. It has to last 20 odd years if it is going to mach the old one. I would say the hood is good value for money and the delivery was good

CDA state that this has an Extraction rate of 350m3 / hr, utter bull. This is no better than the one it replaced rated at 240m3.
I should've bought one at Screwfix !

This is very basic, and is ideal for the small kitchen, wouldn't be without, If you want an extractor that isn't going to cost the eath, then this is the one to buy, Mel

works very well and looks good, excellent value I have not got an ouside flue attached but the filter does a good job, well recommended
