Review for: Canon PowerShot A800 10.0 MP Digital Camera - Red
Selected the camera because I already own a Canon A500. The resolution, zoom capabilities and the price make this a perfect camera for work and fun photography. The quality of the photo's are excellant.
Photographs can be zoomed to reveal details that can not be seen on the standard size view and remains sharp. A recent photograph of a building had a name plate on the side, which can clearly be read when zoomed in. Ideal, as it saves having to make additional notes.
The one negative point is in bright conditions, when it is harder to view the screen, there is no viewfinder to overcomme the problem, however with care and attention the issue can be overcome and you can always take extra shots to be on the safe side.

absolute fantastic small camera i have just replaced my powershot a 470 which was a great camera but the a800 is far better five star
