| The Cisco CISCO2509 is an Internet router that offers wired connectivity. It is part of the 2500 series of routers and servers from Cisco. The Internet router can be used as a standalone device or in conjunction with other routers and servers. Stacking the units together results in enhanced routing ability. A 20 MHz 68030 processor provides the Cisco wireless N router with computing power. Internal flash memory is up to 16 MB with up to 16 MB of system/packet memory. The 10 Mbps router has two synchronous serial ports as well as a console and auxiliary ports. The Cisco CISCO2509 is rack and wall mountable with the necessary hardware included. LAN access for the unit is achieved by way of a AUI or 10BaseT Ethernet connexion. WAN access for the Cisco wireless N router is achieved by a single five-in-one synchronous serial port. The 10 Mbps router has eight RJ-45 ports. The dimensions for the Cisco wireless N router are 44.5 cm wide by 4.4 cm high by 26.8 cm deep. The unit weighs 4.5 kg. | |
