Dyson DC07SY Upright Vacuum Cleaner

Purchased this model of Dyson approx 6 years ago and it has had some serious hammer!! Loved it and when it eventually required a number of repairs I looked at purchasing a Brand New Dyson - however I was not in a position to purchase at full price. I bought a reconditioned alternative which offered a Value for Money option which would provide me with a hoover that I trusted and loved! The cost represented less than I would have to pay for repairs of my old one and came with a 3 month guarantee.

The model is "all floors" and operates between my carpets, Tiled floor and laminate fantastically well. My Dysons have never broken down without being non repairable and the one that I have recently replaced will have a new belt and hose fitted and do the external jobs - garage cleaning and cars etc.
The Dyson Suction is great and picks up all bits and is easy to clean and maintain on a daily basis. Some of my Friends find the Dyson Heavy to use but I like it and lump it up and down stairs with ease (I am 5 ft 3 and petite built).
I have only ever owned 4 vacums and 3 have been dyson's the first was an electrolux and I must confess to being a Dyson convert - I would not consider an alternative I would rather purchase a reconditioned Dyson!!

I don't usually make a habit of getting excited about domestic equipment, but I make an exception with the Dyson!

What can I say? No bags, sucks up all your dust from all the nooks and crannies (with the help of the on-board tools). It has hepa filters (hospital grade filtration system), that you can wash or replace and it vacuums from carpet to lino or laminate effortlessly!

But one of the best things about the Dyson, is that you can buy just about every replacement part here on eBay! Tools, hoses, filters, belts! All easily available here!

This my 2nd DC07 (my last one lasted years before it 'died'). My first was in purple and green and my latest one (that I managed to get on aBay, second hand serviced and refurbished for £35!) is turquoise and silver. Both equally great, and never a moment of disappointment! And my original DC07 will live on as spare parts for my 'new' one!!

Thinking about buying one? For around £35 - £45 second hand and serviced, you can't really go wrong! I doubt that you'll regret it!!

Dyson. You cannot go wrong with a Dyson. My original decided that the motor had had enough (over six years old) and i could not afford a brand new one. Saw this seller and read his feedback which was good, so decided on a used one. Works beautifully as i would expect a Dyson to do. I would not use any other machine but a Dyson as they have a great strong motor and they do pick up dust that other machines leave in your carpets. The tools are very easy to use and you can easily hoover your stairs with no problems with the extender hose (i leave my husband to do the stairs. Easy to empty and clean (no expensive bags to buy that you can only use once). Once you have tried a Dyson you will use no other make. Well worth the money.

This is the best hoover around for animal hairs on carpets, i have a hetty hoover(same as Henry but in pink)but is is terrible for getting pet hairs off the carpet but the dyson is brilliant,the dyson ball is not very good as there is not so much suction from them as there is the normal upright dysons.Would definately recomend this one to any one with animals.Great hoover.

Absolutely not as item description!!! filthy dirty, hoover actually blocked full of dust and dirt, filters full of dust and smelly, ever main cylinder of hoover had not been emptied. the most disguisting item ive ever purchased of ebay!!!!!!
