it is very helpful and very interesting.. it has everything you need. my friend told me about it and i will definetly tell others.. i bought this book because its the first time im pregnant and i have no idea what is wrong or what is good.

Great book, Hardly no pictures alot of writing so be prepared for a big read. Gives you most information you need. same as all other books that i had read though just in alot more unneeded detail.
