Fable 2 for Microsoft Xbox 360

Fable 2 is another great game from the Fable franchise.

Its got everything u want if your a RPG fan,
the best part is the fact that your actions can change what people think of you and once you have completed the game being a goody 2 shoes you can replay the game being something risen straight from hell or vice versa.

On the down side the story is sometimes a little dragged out but the gameplay is just endless so its a very very small downside.

Fable 2 is better then other RPG games like the Final Fantasy genre because u have a free playing battle ability rather then in FF where u just stand there and press a button from a list to make ur action in the battle.

I spent weeks possibly even months sat endlessly on Fable 2. There are so many side quests to keep you entertained for hours and if you fancy making a load of cash the old manual labour way (in game cash of course) you can spend hours just chopping wood...but that’s boring right? So become a land lord or own a load of shops.

Anyway I lost my trail of though there and started rambling. Fable 2 has a huge open world which you can spend hours in. I recommend setting up two games. One where you be a good guy, only killing bad guys and doing good deeds. And an evil game where you can slaughter every one and everything. Doing this will make you realise how much the character evolves through out the game depending on what you do. You even get your own dog who will become good or evil depending on what you do. I personally don't like dogs but this ones only a virtual one so I could put up with it.

There is a huge open map to explore and if you are online there are orbs flying round everywhere who happen to be other people. The main story is quiet short but as above there is plenty of things aside the main quest to keep you busy for hours.

However much I hate to say it this game is so much better than Fable 3. I had high expectations of 3 but was hugely let down. This is probably because Fable 2 is so good.

My last words of wisdom to anyone thinking of bidding or buying on Fable 2 DO IT you will love it. And if you do buy it and hate it...then bugger off back to Call of duty and screaming unpleasant comments down the headset. Then throwing your control accross the room and punching the table.

this was my only other experience to rpg games apart from the final fantasy series, within fable 2 i experienced a huge open world with lots to do, the only problem i found first time around was that if you just stick to the main storyline first it can be over pretty quickly ( around 20hrs of gameplay ), but by stalling the main storyline and doing the lots of various side quests it offers you from time to time you can literally extend the gameplay by upto a month if not more, ive now played the game three times and each time it is different in its own way, you can go good or evil depending on what you chose to do within the game, and the gargoyles are a fun addition within fable 2 (still have not found them all yet lol), some quests are also only available to do once the main storyline is complete so it does carry on, also add on packs are available to download from xbox live marketplace to extend the game even further

I am a fan of RPGs, especially on the PS3 and since owning a 360 again, I have been looking for one on that console. After reading a few reviews and getting some recommendation, I decided to buy Fable 2 and I couldn't be happier with it. It's a large world with game orientated free will to be good or bad, become a hero and it's actually like living in a fantasy world. Anyone looking for a game with many hours of play, as well as a love for RPGs, this is a must buy.

Fable 1 is a gerat adventure game and the second instalment never fails to disappoint :) The second part looks at following a hero to recruit the master's of will, power and agility to help overthrow the evil forces, incredible graphics, music score and gameplay, highly recommended
