I recommend it for people who have a newborn and a toddler.

I purchased this pushchair because I'm starting up as a childminder and need a two seater pushchair that is suitable from birth. I liked the the fact it takes a car seat and that I could swap the car seat between the duo stadium and the single graco pushchairs on the market. I liked the affordable price tag and think the quality of the pushchair is sturdy and robust. The shopping basket is quite deep, excellent for all your shopping, but a nuisence when going up and down deep curbs or over rough ground as the base of the basket is too low really.
I do find the pushchair quite bulky to store and I have to remove the shelf in my car boot before the pushchair will fit. The pushchair is also quite difficult to push when a heavier child sits in the front, unfortunately the rear seat is the only seat suitable from birth so I have to hope the children I look after arn't that heavy!
I have two children of my own and have owned a number of double pushchairs in the past - the quest to get the perfect pushchair! This pushchair compares better to the similar cosatto because the front seat is deeper and allows a child to sleep comfortably, the pushchair also allows a car seat to be attached on the back seat. In this respect it is also better than the other double side by side pushchair made by graco. Having said that, it you have two children of a similar age and size, I found the graco side by side puschair easier to push, both seats recline to allow both children to sleep flat and the shopping basket was also easier to get into.
Excellent value for money and a quality stroller
I finally bit the bullet and bought a tandem stroller as I have a toddler and a new baby, after fighting with a buggy board and sling (neither of which were practical options for a tired toddler and mummy!) I must say I was very impressed. It's surprisingly lightweight and folds down nice and compact so I can get it in the boot of my car and store in my understairs cupboard. There's loads of room underneath for shopping etc. I love how the rear seat can be adapted so your baby can lay out flat and later sit up and it looks very cosy. My daughter loves riding up front and the seat reclines slightly so that she can sleep comfortably. I have a single travel system which is also Graco so I was pleased that I could also use the car seat attachment in the rear seat - ideal when you are out in the car and need to use the buggy. It is surprisingly easy to manoeuvre and is no wider than my single travel system. My only gripes are that it can be tricky to collapse until you get the knack of the twist mechanism, remembering to put the seats upright beforehand (sleep deprived mums - you will forget!) and ensuring the front wheels are facing forward. I also found you can not store anything in the bottom of the buggy if you want to fold it down. It is also heavy to lift but then I guess all tandem ones would be compared to a single one! Overall however, I think it is excellent quality and a great price - you can pay the same for a single stroller. I have never looked back and have slightly less stressful outings these days.
Cost effective easy-to-use product
This product has all I need. I am a childminder who was pushing a twin side by side buggy for two years on the school run almost every day twice or three times a day.
I cannot believe the ease of use of the tandem stroller, it is easy to fold and unfold to fit into the car. It's a little wider than a single buggy when folded. The large wheels mean it is less bumpy on rough terrain than other buggies and it was easier to push and pull in the snow during the past winters. The best bit is that it is easier to manoevre than a side by side buggy as I can actually put all my weight on the back to lift it onto the kerb. This is especially important when I am carrying two toddlers and not 1 baby and 1 toddler so the weight in the buggy is a great deal heavier. Doorways don't pose any problem either. I reverse in due to the length, but the buggy is narrow and fits through easily.
The side by side buggy's wheels were wearing away as there's a slant on the pavement where I walk, but this does not seem to affect the tandem buggy at all, I suppose because it is only the width of a single buggy.
Most important is that it gives the two children in the buggy loads of room to sit and and they can see better than in a conventional buggy. When cars park on the pavement obstructing my buggy, it is less of a problem now as it is only the width of a single buggy.
Finally, the shopping basket is massive leaving me plenty of space for little shopping expeditions and changing bags and blankets on cooler days. It's all I need and in fact I've stopped using my single buggy altogether as the double is as convenient as a single. So the double buggy has actually saved me money too.
These tandem buggies seem to last well as I've never bought a new one and I work them hard and they still last a long time.

Graco Stadium Duo Review
The Graco Stadium Duo is a fantastic double pram and travel system for those with lots of little ones! It has lots of space for babies and toddlers as well as masses of storage space for shoping, nappies etcHaving the seats one in front of the other, rather than side by side make this buggy very manouverable.
I bought my first one two and a half years ago and it has handled four children and masses of heavy shopping (sometimes VERY heavy shopping such as dumbells!!)and only recently did the wheel break. Well I say the wheel but acctualy thats not strctly true as the wheel is still fine just the tyre came loose and foolishly we kept it until we got home to put it back on and the wheel was worn away! I honestly beleive this pram would have lasted another coule of years had it not been for this.
I really loved this pram as I had a different model of the Graco Stadium Duo with a broken wheel and the parts of the Grace Stadium Duos are interchangeable! I already had the raincovers, hoods and trays from the newer model and they all fitted perfectly onto this version.
We have had several prams and ths has easily been the most robust, versatile and manouverable of all of them by a long, long way! Also suprisingly the cheapest, brand new they only cost around £150 for a double pram!

We bought this pushchair for our children (3 and 1 year old). It is brilliant in that there is enough space for the child in the back seat. Also, the child can see well as the seat is raised and the front canopy is removable. Both trays are removable and they are great to carry snack and drink. Easy to maneuver and not heavy (considering the fact we have two toddlers on it). Great to push due to big wheels. We had a side by side stroller(by a well known brand) and it felt a lot heavier and very difficulty to push due to very small wheels. Also the seats (the width and padding) are a lot better with this tandems as my children were very uncomfortable on the side by side. Great that the back seat can take any stage 0+ car seat of the same make. We would definitely recommend this pushchair. We have even tried a buggyboard for our 3 year old but I think he really appreciates having a seat and for us it is much more convenient and easier to push. Also it adds security as he can be strapped in when needed.
