Hewlett Packard 342 Ink Cartridge

I made the mistake of, for once, not buying a genuine HP ink cartridge. The first one supplied did not work in my printer. I contacted the seller who, after instructing me to carry out some useless checks and cleaning up of contacts asked me to go to the trouble of posting back the product to them (Freepost). It took more than a couple of weeks for a replacement to arrive, which did work, but it mean't I was without a printer for around 3 weeks, all for the sake of trying to save a few quid!!

Although the replacement cartridge does work, the colour quality is crap. I will not make this mistake again

Purchased these for my sister who says they were fine. Only like to buy original HP cartridges to ensure quality printing. They do seem to finish quickly though.

Hi, Very good purchase. Pleased.
I have used this actual Hps together, with the HP336 and nfound them very compatible with the Hp2575 photosmart all in one printer for years.
