) I watched Jen in Dreamgirls and on American Idol and thought she was amazing and was excited when she released her first single! the album features the singles and some songs from Dreamgirls and is a must for anyone who likes a good strong female vocal! she has an amazing voice and uses the full range....Fans of American Idol will also enjoy the duet with Idol winner Fantasia. She has come through a tough year and deserves credit where credit is due!!

Jennifer Hudson has certainly come a lomg way from 'American Idol'. This album if definatly in my top ten. Move over Mariah & Whitney there is a new DIVA in town. Her vocal ranges are amazing as demonstated on her track 'I am telling you' from Dreamgirls. I can't wait to see what her new single will be as all the tracks are fab !!

Loved it, loved it, loved it! Bought the album to hear And I Am Telling You, totally worth it. Great album, she has a fabulous voice, gospel power and depth. Can see why she was cast beside Beyonce in Dreamgirls.

A good cd, worth a buy or listen to, has some of the top chart singles she's had, and i found one song on here from the sex and city film!!
