I was pleased that Kenwood brought out the innovation of one base unit for liquidser and food processor, saves on space. What a disappointment....
The Kenstore facility gives the impression it stores the accesories, it only stores less than 1/3 of these! Something wrong with their trade description there.
It comes with a juicer, citrus press grinding mill, most of which I would not use. These extra bits really do load up the extra accesories.
Took me 3 hours to sort everything and read the instructions fully. I then discovered that the base for the liquidiser and the grinding mill were identical and whichever one I used, they both leaked on the liquidiser.
This item is far too complicated for most people's needs.
The finale...contacted Kenwood support helpline. They close 12.30 on Fridays until Monday morning. So then sent e mail which was ignored. Did eventually get to speak to human who said she would get back to me, never did. So finally e mailed chief executive and customer support again...10 days ago and no response. Just had full refund from shop. Kenwood don't appear to care about their reputation, or their customers any longer.

Kenwood FP950 Food Processor
I bought this product as it comes with a centrifugal juice extractor and citrus fruit juicer; also there is an integrated scale and Kenwood design on board storage. And if you compare its price with other products which functions only juice extractors it is a very good value for your money.
I use it happily, however there are some points I would like to mention about this product:
On board storage is just another piece which takes extra space as you can only store 3 discs (there are 4 discs in the package), whisker and you can’t cover it as it is shown in the manual. So if you don’t have space, you have to allocate a generous space from your cupboard to accommodate everything else. It was a big disappointment for me as this feature was very important for me to decide for this product. So it is misleading for consumers.
Centrifugal juice extractor’s feeding hole is narrow, so you need to cut your carrots vertically into 2 pieces and then also cut into two pieces horizontally as well, which creates lots of job and cutting a carrot vertically might be very dangerous. For apples, yes you have to slice it as cutting into 4 is not enough. I have to mention that, after juicing your fruits, left over still has some juice although I run the unit at least a minute after I finish juicing.
I like to have carrot and orange juice mixed as my mum used to make us carrot-orange juice during our primary school years regularly. With Kenwood it is possible to have them together in the same bowl, so first I squeeze oranges, and then set centrifugal extractor, but what is it? You have to change the piece which connects spinning bits to the engine as those pieces are designed differently for citrus juicer and centrifugal juicer.
Also after I received the food processor, I could not manage to store its cable inside the device as it is explained in the manual (there is a storage space underneath the processor.) I called the help line, but the woman answering me sounded more helpless than me and gave me an email address which was useless.
Overall as a food processor, it is a very good device. I use it everyday in for juicing, I haven’t used it yet for other stuff but I am sure there won’t be any problem.
fp 920 kenwood processor
this is a great processor. ive read other reviews that say its fiddly. as you close the lid pull the handle slighlty outwards and its fine. wobbles a little with lots in and on slow setting so crank it up to max. lovely.
