If in your experience, there's one hard-working person in each classroom and that's the one at the front, this is the book for you. It's more "the hard-working student handbook" than a genuine invitation to be lazy (a colleague told me "I tried some of the Jim Smith stuff, but I found it was taking too much time"). Sadly marking is still important! However it is the prioritising teacher handbook to use when you can't prioritise yourself. Brain before book before buddy before boss.
