) I shopped around for such drills and found this drill has high power wattage which is what you need and a clear dial on the drill to show what setting to use i.e. rotary, rotary hammer and hammer. In addition it also has forward reverse rotation and variable speed trigger.
This drill does exactly what it says on the tin and is a tradesman drill. This will not only drill holes in to the walls but will break bricks and concrete. Please note this is not made for making foundation trenches but will replace jobs where a hammer and chisel would be once used.
I would recommend as I have had no issues.
