) We rented Mary Poppins at my local video shop and she loved it, we where singing some of the songs 'days after'. As i use E-Bay quite alot (mainly buying films,video games & toy's for the daughter) i put in a search for mary poppins 30 or so appeared.
I wanted a upto date copy special edition that narrowed it down, then of cause the price + P&P. Me & my daughter then sat in the window waiting for postie, we did'nt have to wait too long as 2 days later Mary dropped on our door & straight into our dvd player.
We all have a sing along at least twice a week. Many thanks from my 3 year old

Supercalifragilistic!!!It took years for Disney to get the rights for this film and its a good job he did. Mary Poppins was one of Walt Disney's Favorite films and the favorite of many adults and children alike around the world. Even if you have never seen the film you probably know the song/word Supercalifragilistic. Classic.
A suck up banker man who has no time for his kids married to a woman who is dizzy fighting for the womans right to vote needs a nanny for their unruly children. Mary comes along and the madness begins. She brings magic into their lives and the father soon realizes that children are children and that he needs to take time out and spend more of time with his family.
Lots of fun and laughter this film will keep you amused for hours and with the super bonus disc with many extras like games you and your family will be glad that you bought it.

) I bought the DVD for my 2 and a half year old daughter who loves films, especially ones with singing in and children ie: Annie, Oliver, Joseph etc....I like the dvd because it keeps her entertained and she loves pretending to be Mary Poppins with her umberella....the film is easy to watch and would keep all enterained from 2 years to 82 years!!!

bought this dvd on ebay at a good price, typical disney dvd good all round entertainment for the family..one of the first full films to contain cartoon and live actors...make sure that the dvd has the disney hologram or you may buy a cheap copy/inport which may not be of good quality....

I have been a big fan of Mary Poppins since i was a child. My son was recently a chimney sweep in his school production so i brought the dvd for him and he loves it the picture quality is excellent and it is just as good as i remember.
I brought the double disc special and it is great to have the karaoke version of the songs my son loves singing along.
