) this is a great item i got it for my son for christmas (i know it is pink but i am buying a different case for it so it wont be lol) it works great abd it is good fun. i think i like this item because it hand held so it is portable so that means i can take it out with me and also my son can take it on hoilday or any thing and i also like the fact that there are so many games for this console you will not get bored! so over all i think this item is great and fun and just great value for money!!!! thank you :)

i've bought this as a christmas present for my daughter. easy to use and cheap because this is the old model. that means game choice is more restricted but it for a 5 year old so not to fussy anyway. value for money product.

This is still a good machine and perfect for little fingers ..3-6yrs old.
hinges more sturdy for young player usage....my daughter got this for her 5th birthday to stop her pinching bros. dsi and worked a treat.

The Nintendo Ds original model is a great product. The original model in my opinion is alot more solid than the newer model the Ds Lite. I have four small children who now each have this product and have had them for a couple of years now with no damage to them whatsoever. This product is a very sturdy and reliable model unlike the new Ds lite which has alot of broken hinge issues and touchscreen problems.

Fantastic product, performs well, very hard wearing item. Excellent that it provides dual funtionality for both DS games and Gameboy Advance. Eldest of 17 is re-awakened with the product after a little lapse of use. It generally keeps the body and mind alert and promotes quick responsiveness. Would buy this again if had a choice as I find the newer versions not so hard wearing and problematic.
