Cheap n cheerful Nokia 2760
Created: 26/10/08
Quite a nice flip phone for about the £40 mark. I wouldn't pay the £60 - £70 for it though, as some retailers are asking.
Very cheaply built (all plastic) but to it's advantage it does have that familiar nokia interface, which (if you've used nokias before) requires no instruction manuals as it's so intuitive.
Battery life is only about 3-4 days even if not used for any calls or texts.
Please note, that it does not have a USB socket. It has something that looks similar but it isn't. A separate cable must be bought for data transfer, unless you can get bluetooth to work on your PC.
The bluetooth works very well with my bluetooth car kit.
Be warey of the data cables from Hong Kong. I bought one and can't get it to work on XP as the drivers where not supplied.
If you want a flip phone for light use and aren't fussed about synchronising data with your PC then you can't go wrong with this phone.
