Nokia Lumia 800 - 16 GB - Black (Unlocked) Smartphone

This is my second WP7 phone my first was htc hd7 a year ago, i never wanted a Nokia due to symbian software, along come the lumia 800 and this changes everything. Very please with this device, awesome camera excellent screen, and fantasic Windows Phone sofware. Dont confuse it with old windows mobile this is a completey new product, and so easy to use.

Honestly, Im not an expert on the exact specifications of the phone but I will say that it runs incredibly smoothly. The design is great as well and the phone so far has proven to be durable enough to survive a drop to the floor with no scratches or marks. Im also very glad with the choice Nokia made in terms of screen size (something people on the forum were mentioning as too small) which makes sure that the device is easy to navigate with even one hand and also that it is easy to take out of the pocket. As for the operating system, I really like some of the built in features, like having all of your calendars and communications in gmail, Facebook, and other channels all synced into one stream on your phone. As a final thought, those of you looking to buy a new phone should realize that

Great phone, with slick integration of emails and facebook. Love the windows phone OS - looks better and is easier to use than android or iOS.

Very useful GPS feature, Nokia Maps - you can download the map for a country, and then you don't need a data connection to use it (so it works even in the countryside, and is free to use abroad).

Even the battery life seems fine (always lasts the day even with heavy use; lasts a good 2-3 days normally).

Only downside is fewer apps than the alternatives, but it seems to do everything I want anyway.

Absolutely Brilliant phone, traded my iPhone 4 to afford this best decision i have ever made. The User interface is very intuitive, would recommend for a first time smartphone user!!

Camera is stunning, Internet is as quick as it was on iPhone 4. Since the recent update Battery performance has been greatly improved!

This phone is the smartest phone I have owned(which isn't hard to be honest) and is also the fastest. It is quite easy to use, but some things do take a bit of getting used to, which is fair enough. The speech recognition which enables you to reply to a text without picking the phone up is an extremely useful feature!
The phone looks very elegant with it's black polycarbonate case and gorilla glass screen.
I have only found two problems with this phone:
The first is that i have had trouble ending calls. It hasn't charged me after i pressed the button, but it would stay on in the background, just saying 'ending call' for ages. I have only had this problem once, but have only had 3 calls.
The other problem is that there is no way of signing out of your windows live account, once you have pressed the log in button. The only option is to do a factory reset, which is a bit of a pain as you lose everything on the phone.
The camera is great, with 8 megapixels, lighting and detail are good.
