Samsung SGH J600 - Black (Unlocked) Mobile Phone

The J600 feels well built but maybe a little too plasticky for some, the slide mechanism makes a satisfying sound and motion and doesn't wobble at all, a good start. Battery life seems fair although, as with many other phones today, start playing games and the standby time decreases somewhat. The touch screen buttons which some people may not be fond of arent as sensitive as on the E900, thankfully, but still respond to an easy touch. The screen leaves a bit to be desired, having a low resolution compared some of Samsungs better models. The menu design and functions are all the same as the rest of the samsung line up.

For the price its a really sweet little number, shiny, sleek and sexy (not too fat either) and, compared to other new phones in the same price bracket, comes out right near the top. The Pink version is perfect for that special woman in your life (although the pink J600 is only avalable on O2)

Overall, its a slim slider phone, with enough functions to keep the gadgetly minded happy and the fashion chics looking...erm fashionable! Great value for money, super little slider phone, you wont be dissappointed.

i recently won this item on ebay as i needed a cheap phone as my other broke. this phone has everything that your will ever need. has super mp3 player, radio games etc, and holds loads when you have a memory card to slot in. the colour of the phone is super as the blue really sets it off. (pink silver and black also available) the touch buttons are really good and make the phone look compact.
internet is good on the phone also and you can access most sites on the internet no trouble at all.

The only downside to the phone is that it is only a 1.3 mega pixel camera with no flash. but can take some good pictures anyway. if you have a digital camera the camera wont really be needed that much anyway.

Overall you cant really go wrong with this phone, its cheap, stylish and has everything that you need available on the phone. i recommend it!!

Firstly, I bought this for my son, but he didn't want it so I kept it. Time to replace my trusty Nokia and not being a great fan of slide-phones, I was skeptical, but could be converted.
It took a little time to get used to the different buttons etc, but that would be the same with any phone. Once you have mastered the buttons and menus it is quite easy to navigate around and there is a lot of different options to choose from. The sound quality is good and the bundled ringtones are not bad either. The phone slides easily but getting a protective case that lasts could be more of a challenge. The camera function appears good too.
My particular phone is an electric Blue colour with Silver trim, which makes it look really smart and more expensive than it really is.
To sum up, if you want a slide phone, I dont think you can go far wrong with this one.

I all ready had one of these great phones and showed it to my brother and he wanted one so i got him one.
They are great phones light weight, hard wearing (you can drop them and they still work fine), they have got loads of feathers and good memory you can also put a memory card into the phone if you run out of the phones memory. The battery lasts for a long time when you use them as well. But best of all it is a samsung phone not much will ever go wrong with them.
