The Sangean ATS 606 is a portable AM/FM radio that can be tuned either automatically or manually and which has five different tuning methods, including rotary tuning, direct frequency tuning, and an auto-tuning system, among others. The Sangean AM/FM radio has 54 presets, and 45 frequencies can be saved in the memory simultaneously, while the memory recall function enables listeners to reach their saved stations. The Sangean ATS 606 can be used as an alarm clock and it is possible to choose between two alarms, buzzer and radio. Adjustable sleep timer is also included in the package and the current time can be seen on the illuminated display both in 12-hour and 24-hour formats. Stereo headphones can also be used when listening to this AM/FM radio and it also features tone control. The Sangean AM/FM radio runs on four AA batteries and it has an ANT-60 short wave antenna. The dimensions of the Sangean ATS 606 are 208x38x127 mm and it weighs 771 g.
