Sony CDX-T69 Car CD Changer

If you have a smart car with just the tape deck this is a must for you. The adaptor does all the hard work connecting the Grundig head to the cd changer. I had the unit working in minutes. Lots of cable makes installing the unit under the passenger seat very simple. Sound quality I would say the Sony unit is on par if not better than the standard Oem unit. The standard Grundig unit controls all the cd functions enabling you to switch between 6 discs. I have attached the multi changer to the carpet with velcro which holds the unit firmly. The onlhy thing you need to consider is the security aspect as you need to pull the seat slightly forward when leaving the car other wise the silver eadge of the changer is visable when looking inside the car.
Hightly recommended unit.

Works well with the Sony radio using Sony unilink connection.
No use with any other type of radio not having unilink connection.
Power along with CD/track selection is supplied via the Unilink cable which is neat and cuts down on cables.
Easy access to CD cartridge changer. Looks good. Easy fixing.
Unit also relativly thin and should fit under most car seats or under dash at passenger side.

You may need additional leads with this unit if purchased second hand. Unilink cables can be expensive if purchased outside of E-Bay. Only other lead is the standard Phono lead for left and right audio channel.

THIS IS MY SECOND SONY CAR CHANGER WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL, SUPER MACHINE EASY TO FIT, BUT MINE IN THE BOOT NO PROBLEM AT ALL, GREAT PIECE OF KIT (PS) WORN THE FIRST ONE OUT.

Robust, compact - fits nicely under the seat. Usual sound and build quality from Sony. Has stuttered a bit with more scratched cd's but for a second hand multichanger it's the business.
Couldn't really see how it would work without your existing head unit having the Sony unilink connector at the back, so probably only connectable to Sony/VW/Ford head units.
A great little changer!

the changer doesn't skip on cd's when the car goes over bumps its small lightweight and easily consealed in the car only bad thing is i dont put my original cd's in the car incase they get scratched but it has difficulty playing kodak discs
