Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W520 14.1 MP Digital Camera - Black

I purchased this camera as I lost my camera on a night out. I had a sony cybershot dsc w210 which was an amazing camera, i actually bought the dscW520 in error as i thought it was the same model as my previous camera. However the camera is a good quality camera and as it is 14.1 mp it does take a very good picture, but i dont find it easy to flick between modes, such as movement mode and still mode. With the w210 there was a turn button on the outside of the camera so literally all you had to do was turn the button and you could switch been all the different modes of the camera, with the W520 you have to manually go into the digital menu and change therefore if you wanted to take a quick picture then you would probably not be able to, such as a baby doing something random you would lose the picture as you would use too much time trying to switch between different modes.

I am now in the process of buying the same camera as i originally lost as even though the mp was 12.1 it took a much crisper picture. I suppose it's the devil you know isn't it..

On a different note, my husband absolutely loves the camera that I purchased on ebay so he's claimed it as his.

I bought this camera for my Son for his birthday and he loves it.
To be honest I have a Sony Cybershot and they are really good camera's so thats why I chose this one for him.
It is easy to use and takes excellent photos and videos and is small and light enough to just put in a bag or pocket and always have it with you so you don't have to miss any special moments.
I think Sony camera's are far better than any of the others that are on the market and well worth their money.

If you are looking for a cute little camera that will take all of your holiday snaps etc with ease, then this is the camera for you. It is light, and so easy to handle, if, like me, you have weak wrists. The picture quality is good and the features are easy to use. In fact, I actually was able to use the full range of features without having to read the manual.
The feature that I love the most is the smile recognition, and the ability to take video footage.

I bought this camera to replace an old one whose charger I had lost (I know you can buy the chargers now, but I decided I wanted to upgrade as well). I have found this camera a dream to use, and my technophobe mother also has no trouble using this little darling. Don't listen to some other negative reviews on other websites (I looked at reviews after purchasing this product and was worried, until it was delivered and found how fab it was).This is highly recommmended.

Lovely little camera, so easy to use and at an excellent price. An added bonus for me is that this camera has a rechargable battery.
