| The Teac AG receiver family provides consumers with several high-quality audio system options. The Teac AG-790A, a 125-watt home stereo receiver, delivers 2-channel surround sound and compatibility with high-definition home theatre systems. This Teac AG receiver features a Discrete Output Circuit Configuration, allowing each outside component a dedicated transistor, thus improving sound quality. The built-in amplifier provides 100 watts plus 100 watts RMS at 8 ohms, strong enough to power variety home stereo configurations. Furthermore, the Teac AG-790A contains a digital tuner with 30 preset options for AM and FM stations. For optimised reception, this 125-watt home stereo receiver utilises Teac’s Quartz PLL synthesised tuning system. The Teac AG receiver comes equipped with four analogue audio input connections, complemented by an analogue audio output, an antenna output, an A/B speaker option, and a headphone jack. The unit also offers an HDMI input. This tuner is compact enough for home usage and weighs 7.4 kg. It sports a black frame with a fluorescent display and remote control. | |

) Hi i decided to buy the Teac AG-790 after my kenwood decided to breakdown after 15 years of good service.
I was looking for an amp to drive my eltax liberty 5 floor standing speekers which can handle 100 watts all day and max out at about 150 .
I asked about and was pointed in the direction of the Teac,to my suprise the sound was fantastic, clean and clear. It was like listening to my favourite music for the first time hearing litle bits my old setup never picked up fantastic.
I would highly recommend this amp,for the money i dont think you can go wrong.
