Great improvement on my TomTom 1 V2. Lots of extra features, maybe too many to use. Lane guidance works very well. Bluetooth very handy. Keyboard not so accurate but may be my big fingers!

In general, this is a great product. It delivers everything you need and the route selection and live updates are great. Where it is lacking is having up-to-date cameras, especially around Birmingham in the M42 and M6 average speed zones. It also has a pretty average computer connection programme which could be made much more user friendly. However, the display is brilliant, it's easy to navigate and it picks up a signal quickly.

I got a promotion in my job a company car all the works the only thing I had to get was a new sat nav as I had an old Navman for it's time it was good...Well I spoke to friends and they said get a Tomtom Go Live 1000 I could not be leave how good it is one years free service it's great I drive 6 days a week all over the country and it's done well. I have only had a couple of problems which was resolved by there forums. I'm unable to get it to navigate to WELLS as it say something about cannot navigate to route... Funny but there you are. i did have a problem with bluetooth connection for my mobile phone but as I said the forum guys who already have a TomtomGo Live 1000 helped me with that one. I do hope when Tomtom upgrade there systems or products they give there customers discounts for keeping with them......... I also hope that when the free service runs out it's not to costly to keep the services provided by tomtom

I purchased this item because it is one of the latest product by Tom Tom. I was about to buy Garmin nuvi 37** because of it's 3D terrain view but after reading few customer reviews I went for it. I like its 'google search', advance lane guidence and of course live traffic information but its only for a year so definetly not worthy. If you have someone sitting next to you then he/she can check all the traffic information on smart phone for free. But overall I like it.
