I had one of the original tom toms that is quite a few years old. I fancied something a little bit thinner and up to date.

I got this with this little sat nav kit. It is set to the usual tom tom standard you would expect.
The screen is clear and easy to use. There are also some nifty little gadgets such as the alarm to warn of speed cameras ( not that you should need them)

This is a very good sat nav, easy to use and with the 3D view it is excellent.
Would be better with blue tooth. Because of that i can only give it a good but if you are not bothered with blue tooth then it is certainly an excellent unit.
It picks up a sat signal very quickly and is easy to set and adjust with finger tip control.
This is my second one and would recommend it to any one thinking about getting a sat nav.
Also was bought for a very good price via e-bay.

TomTom one v3 - great bit of kit, but beware of second hand.
It appears TomTom will not allow you to update an old map (2 years) unless you have the (product code) not the (device code), you will need to buy the map at full cost or buy an update package same cost as new map.
