I also don't use it on sound.
Only problem, i wish the screens were able to cope with daylight better than they can as at times you can't see the screen.
One other problem, it never switches off, even when off as it keeps checking in and you can't turn this feature off.
If you have left it for a week the battery will be flat as it keeps working when switched off.

It may not have all the bells & whistles of some other 'top end' sat nav's but come on ... for £100 or so you'll have everything you'll ever need to get you from A to B in western Europe reliably and without a fuss!

) Best thing I ever bought would not be without it. I EVEN USE IT LOCALY TO BE WARNED OF SPEED CAMERAS and an absolute must have when driving to strange places
