The item was reasonably priced and described as Factory Refurbished. I have bought a lot of Factory Refurbished items in the past, and never had problems, yes they will have cosmetic damage but the VAX is not being used for a Fashion Show and will undoubtly get a few more scars during use. So as long as it sucks it will do the job it was intended for.
The item arrived very quickly, and worked staright out of the box. This is a powerful tool, considering it is not an up right, and also has a slide toggle for power, so that it can be used on delicate surfaces.
I cannot fault this item and if it lasts twelve months will be a great bargain.
I have bought washing machines, fridges and laptops in this way, and they live a full life, as long as you dont mind a few scratches then it is the perfect solution to appliances on a budget.

i love it! it's small compact but it reaches all the places great suction power it left my carpet really clean but not too noisy like my old vacuum. a great replace from my old one that had lost suction power and was falling apart.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants a vacuum that actually vacuums first time.Easy to use, good tools for getting into smaller areas.
Worth the £35 paid for it. Would recommend at that price.

Heavier than expected.
Easy to take apart; very fiddly to put back together, every time.
Good suction.
Noisy as most hoovers.
Very convenient bits come with it and conveniently attach to the metal arm so easy to reach.
No need to detach the tube to empty the hoover which is very good.
Generally happy with it but disappointed on how long it takes to put back together.
