Bared to You: A Crossfire Novel by Sylvia Day (Paperback, 2012)

i really enjoyed this book, very easy reading, quite sexually orientated. very similar to Fifty shades of grey, not as well written or as good a story line as fifty, not as obsessive or possesive or addictive as it either.
i bought this book as i had heard it was similar to the fifty shades trilogy, i was dissapointed with the scene and many details matching that in fifty shades.
i liked the ease and speed that i could read this book at, but i wasnt as engrossed in this book as i would have liked. i am sure i will buy the other book to this when it is out because i would like to know what happens next with Eva and Gideon mainly to see whether the ending is any better!

This book is a must read if you have read fifty shades of grey you will definatley prefer this book about a girl who starts a new job and starts to have a relationship with the owner of the building called gideon cross about the passion they both have for each other and they both have there dark secrets which start to come out in between there mad passionate sex lifes i couldnt put this book down and i am really looking forward to the reflection of you coming out in october to see where they both go

I bought this book straight after reading the final book of the 50 Shades Trilogy, I'm on page 10 and already am captivated.
The writing is so much more powerful than 50 Shades, the characters are believable. It is HOW 50 Shades should have been written.
I am very early into the book and don't have any critisms as yet, this book definitley rates much higher than any previous book I have read from this genre.

I bought this on the suggestion of a friend who said that it was as good as 'Fifty Shades Of Grey'.

If I had read this first I would have probably given it 5 stars but I found the basic story quite similar to Fifty Shades, just the characters came from different backgrounds.

I found myself comparing the two books and prefer Fifty Shades out of the two, however I am looking forward to purchasing the second book to this one in October.

The sticker on the front 'If you liked 50 Shades, you'll love this' does not do it justice. This book is stand out in it's own right. Yes, there are huge similarities throughout. 28 year old flawed, exceptionally gorgeous billionaire with a troubled past falls for a girl he never thought he would... but when you stop looking for the similarities you fall into the story without even realising how engrossed you are. The writing is definitely better, the steamy scenes are steamier, and I cannot wait for the release of book 2! Read this today. I don't think you'll regret it.
