) Why I bought it:
My old wander-phone had given up the ghost, and I urgently needed a replacement.
Having looked at what was on offer, only the "BT BIG Button 100 Single Line Corded Phone" seemed to fulfil all my requirements, so I went ahead and bought one.
What I like most about it:
The phone has exceeded all of my needs, what with its large buttons, good-sized handset, variable sound levels (both for hearing the caller as well as increasing the sound of my voice), variable ring tones, being either wall or table-top mounted, and being able to retain so many one-button saved numbers in its memory. It also has clean lines and aesthetically looks good.
What I dislike about it:
Nothing, because it has fulfilled all of my (and my wife's) requirements.
Whether or not I would buy the product again:
Most definitely, although as the phone is of such excellent build, I would hope that it would be many years before I would need a replacement. Having said that, if someone asked me to recommend a phone for their own house, then I would be more than happy to tell them to buy a British Telecom BIG Button 100 Single Line Corded Phone.

Great phone, very easy to use for blind person. Good cradeling of hand set. Big buttons are easy to use, pre programming buttons are easy to feel.

Bought this for my elderly mother who has poor eyesight. Solved the problem she now has her independance back regarding keeping in touch with friends and family.
