Bought this phone mainly because I needed a "corded" telephone.
It has a lot of features for the price.
Volume is so low can barely hear phone ring from other end of the house. (and I do not have a hearing problem)I therefore had to purchase a seperate loud ringer. I have to go right close to the phone to hear any messages.
This phone was very easy to set up.
Not sure if I like this phone much, as I have had better ones in previous years, but there is only a very limited range of BT corded phones.

) I bought this phone because of 1) the SIM Card facility - very easy to use and hence a copy of your stored mobile numbers - magic! - and 2) Price. The Loudspeaker is a bit tinny \ echoey. Other phones I have bought (BT) have better designed\quicker and easier to use Address Book, List of Calls Handling and a bettter Louspeaker (but they were much pricier): At least the phone does have these facilities. I have not used the Answerphone facility yet - as I have BT Answer in a bundle of other "extras" from BT. I have marked this as average - due to the above metioned "criticsms" - but at the price should not really complain! Additionally, it was refurbished - and no-one could tell the differance from a new one. All in all a good buy.

) Overall a good phone but even on full volume isn't that loud when it rings or when playing back messages.
A quick access menu or button would be good for missed calls instead of having to go through the menu system to find it.
Besides that, not a bad entry-level phone
