Cinderella (DVD)

this is a great animated classic great for all the family! its about a young girl who's dad marries an evil step mother with two evil step daughters, when her father dies the step mother turned Cinderella into their house maid where she was made to do all there chores, then one day the family received a royal invitation to prince Charmin's ball in-order for him to find a bride, only the wicked step mother wouldn't let her step daughter 'Cinderella' go so she gave her so many chores that she would never finish in time, but just then the fairy godmother came an said to Cinderella she will go to the ball an gave her a magic carriage with horses, a dress, glass slippers etc an told Cinderella that the magic will only last till midnight. when Cinderella arrived at the ball prince charming saw her an fell in love they dance all night but then the clock struck midnight an Cinderella told him she had to go an so she ran away but losing one of her glass slippers as she ran. but in not telling prince charming who she was he was heart broken an vowed to find her so he sent his royal party out to try the glass slipper on every eligible maiden in the land to find her. when Cinderella was found they married an lived happily ever after!!

Like many of us, my Daughter at the grand old age of 3 has just discovered the magic of Disney and loves the Princess stories, but more than anything she loves Cinderella. It was about 2 Months ago I went on a wild Goose chase looking for the DVD and after searching high and low I managed to get my hands on the DVD through Ebay. I remember it arrived on a Saturday morning and decided to watch it with my Daughter and... WOW it was like I was taken back in time. It still holds all the magic that I remember. It is easy on the eye and being completely remastered the quality was amazing! It is one of those timeless classics that young and old alike can appreciate and enjoy. It is a guarantee that this magical family film will be passed down for generations.

With a wave of her wand and some "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo,&quo​t; Cinderella's Fairy Godmother transforms an ordinary pumpkin into a magnificent coach and Cinderella's rags into a gorgeous gown, then sends her off to the Royal Ball. But Cinderella's enchanted evening must end when the spell is broken at midnight!

A must for any Disney animation fan.

Fantastic Disney movie and a great addition to any collection of Disney, Animation or just cinema. This is one of the most romantic Disney films ever made and whilst it lacks the villain of Sleeping Beauty it is an absolutely essential purchase for any serious collector.

As with all Disney special editions the extras are wonderful and give a great insight into the Disney Studio and the making of animated features.

grate for all the family towatch one of the best disney films ever will never be dated i dont think there is a single person between the age of 5to 55 who hasent seen or herded of cinderella and prince charming.
